Barn Building

First you level the area for the round pen and barn. The round pen was ready as a temporary place for Pinky and Belle, till the barn was built.

Then you get ready for concrete.

Then concrete is poured and inspected (yes this process goes fast in counties other than Los Angeles).

Then the barn arrives. Yes that's it in the background, on the trailer, pre-fab, all metal. Pinky insisted on photobombing - ham that he is!

On Saturday August 4, 2018 the guys as Dry Creek Mini Barns start to put it all together. Happiest day of my life!

And they keep going!

By Sunday evening we are almost there!

By Tuesday we have inspection and the ponies move in.

It still needs a base of pea gravel, but once done, this porch will make a fine place for workshops and classes!
